Local Community Needs
Every day, individuals and families in our community face hardship—whether due to financial struggles, homelessness, or personal crises. The rising cost of living has increased the demand for food, essential supplies, and support services.
How We Help
Through our dedicated volunteers and generous supporters, we provide social support and meals for the homeless, food support through our pantry and hampers, practical assistance around the home, mentoring and coaching for families in need as well as budgeting and job seeker support, as well as courses and support through community programs. Our goal is to offer hope and care for those in need.
Our Impact
In 2025/26, we provided 5500 Food Hampers to those in need, gave away 5000 meals to the homeless, helped over 250 individuals in practical need, supported 100 families and individuals through our programs and gave away over 80 Chemo Care Packs.

How We Help The Local Community
Bridgecare supports people across Brisbane through hands-on programs — from food hampers and street outreach to chemo care, coaching, community teams, and youth mentoring. Each initiative meets real needs and builds lasting connection, helping people move from crisis to stability with dignity and care.
